The Role

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager in Utility and Projects team to lead and follow our business development activity in Australia market. You will need to communicate extensively with the Senior Management in China.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading commercial efforts in assigned regions and targeted clients.
  • Assessing and establish contact with potential buyers of our clients' Solar Module products.
  • Focusing on monocrystalline silicon module sales, pipeline development and fostering relationships among clients on Utility Scale market.
  • Building and implement sales strategies appropriate for the assigned business segment.
  • Leading contract negotiations with target accounts.
  • Managing of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment of sales orders.
  • Occasionally being involved in strategic growth opportunities that the company is pursuing.
  • Depending on the evolving needs of the business, the role may also be tasked to manage other sales personnel.

Selection Criteria

To be successful for this position, you should have:

  • Prior solar modules sales experience (Utility Projects ) in Australia
  • Solid understanding of solar and its adjacent markets (e.g. storage & semiconductors).
  • Verbal & written proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin and English
  • Strong leadership skills and result-driven capability.
  • Able to travel and represent the company in various commercial engagements.
  • Organized and able to manage sales orders end-to-end (from booking until fulfillment).
  • Proficiency in MS office and CRM tools.
