The client

Our client specialises in developing and manufacturing photovoltaic inverters. With a strong team of experienced engineers and entrepreneurial professionals, the company has been dedicating to high quality products and services and valuing their clients’ and the market’s needs. Backed by their strong R&D team, manufacturing capacity and financial position following their recent equity restructure, our client has set up their Australia entity, wishing to launch their new innovated product to the new market and start their business journey here.

The role

Our client is looking for an open-minded and target-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join their newly established Australia team, looking after strategically important sales regions with a demanding customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction to maintain their successful business relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through assessment of customers’ needs and promotion of products, solutions and services.
  • Plan and execute Sales activities to meet net sales and gross margin targets.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers, resolve customer complaints and warranty issues.
  • Attend trade shows, trade partner conferences, congresses and forums.
  • Establish overall territory sales plans and maintain sales pipelines to achieve targets and quotas.


  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Sales of BDM roles, within solar industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred in commercial or PV related major.
  • Fluent English, strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Chinese will be highly regarded
  • Able to understand financial metrics.
  • Dedicated to work with strong intercultural skills.
