Establish, grow and maintain new relationships with customers & clients, while increasing the Field Service, Training, Repairs & Distribution Sales for the entire Industrial Solutions Portfolio. 

Hybrid opportunity, with flexibility to work from home (WFH) and in the office, in an independent role that you can make your own.


Role & Responsibilities

You will be accountable for the development and execution of strategic sales plans and overall customer satisfaction, serving as a strategic contact with the customers, as well as:


  • Identifies and develops new strategic business opportunities with existing and/or new global customers and supports the development of new product strategies, product roadmaps, support strategies to meet
  • customer requirements.
  • Leads and/or supervises account managers, sales support functions in meeting customer & sales objectives, while establishes proposal pricing strategies & cost targets.
  • Accountable for forecasting revenue for profit plan, LRP & quarterly forecast freeze and implementing strategies to achieve maximum price, margin, growth & financial targets.
  • Leads cross-functional teams through development and approval of proposals, including presentation to customers.
  • Develops the negotiation strategy for initial and renewal/extension contracts, agreements, T&Cs, business agreement/terms sheet and establishes proposal pricing strategies & cost targets, while collaborating with Contracts Administration & Contract Operations Managers.


Selection Criteria

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Sales & Marketing fundamentals in order to establish relationships that access and influence key decision makers & stakeholders and to articulately present the value of the company's products and services, as well as:


  • Ideally 3-6 years leadership experience in commercial role and related industry
  • Degree in a Technical or Business discipline. (Master degree or other formal training such as Program Management, Negotiations & Strategic Selling will be an advantage). 
  • Demonstrated experience in Strategy Development, successfully managing industry partnerships and developing new business offerings.
  • Product and market knowledge to help improve end user operations, strategy and proposal development
  • Travel to customer site as needed.
