Company  

Our client is a fast growing and award-winning team specializing in Energy Storage System and Integration Solutions in the Residential & Commercial sectors. They provide advanced turn-key lithium battery storage systems, controlled by EMS and their cloud base system with cutting edge algorithm to improve product lifetime and efficiency. 

 

Role Responsibilities

This position requires regular site visits (up to 3+ days/ week), mostly within NSW. Interstate travel to QLD to be expected 1-2 times/ month. 

Working hours are 9am to 5pm. For this role, it is critical to have flexibility in response to on-calls. 

 

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to solar energy storage solutions 
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs, provide technical solutions or technical training to customers on products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and keep track of issues and solutions.
  • Work with the Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints.
  • All technical roles will have in-house training to get up to speed. 

 

Selection Criteria

  • Minimum 2-3 years Technical Support experience in solar (ideally solar energy storage solutions)
  • Electrical Engineering/ Renewable Energy Degree 
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
