General Job Description


Our client is a fast growing and award-winning team specializing in Energy Storage System and Integration Solutions in the Residential & Commercial sectors. They provide advanced turn-key lithium battery storage systems, controlled by EMS and their cloud base system with cutting edge algorithm to improve product lifetime and efficiency. 


Role Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat support.
  • Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues related to products & services.
  • Provide technical advice, recommendations, product training & support to customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Document customer inquiries & resolutions in a clear & concise manner.
  • Follow established procedures for service requests, complaints & escalations.


Selection Criteria 

With ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend shifts, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as:


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical support role.
  • Technical background, with experience in Energy Storage/ Renewables preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills & experience.
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems & Microsoft Office applications
