The Company  

Our client is a fast growing international manufacturer, specializing in Energy Storage systems and solutions in residential and commercial Solar and they are now expanding their teams in Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne.

The Opportunity

The chance to join an award-winning team and provide phone-based technical support and be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and guiding installer/customers through the setup and installation process of the products.  

Role Responsibilities

This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude, in order to provide timely and effective technical support via phone to customers.


  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to hardware and software, and provide solutions to customers.
  • Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to customers with varying levels of technical proficiency.
  • Guide customers through the setup and installation process of our products.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions provided in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Engineering, to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends to provide the best possible support to our customers.


Selection Criteria

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, with a passion for Renewable Energy and providing excellent customer service.


  • 1-2 years' experience in a phone-based technical support environment.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot & diagnose issues related to hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm & professional under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Energy Storage systems & Renewable Energy solutions is a plus.
