The Opportunity
The chance to join an award-winning team and provide phone-based technical support and be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and guiding installer/customers through the setup and installation process of the products.
Role Responsibilities
This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude, in order to provide timely and effective technical support via phone to customers.
Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, with a passion for Renewable Energy and providing excellent customer service.
