The Company  

Our client is a fast growing international manufacturer, specializing in Energy Storage systems and solutions in residential and commercial Solar and they are now expanding their teams in Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne.


The Opportunity

Join our client's After-Sales Support team as their Customer Service Representative for Solar Systems technical support. The role will involve responding to customer inquiries via email, providing timely and effective resolution to their concerns. 


Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring that each case is handled appropriately and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our customer service database.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our customer service processes and procedures.


Selection Criteria

The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, have a track record of providing excellent support and will possess excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and a customer-centric attitude. 


  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably technical/ manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
