General Job Description

Role Responsibilities

·      Perform a variety of inventory tracking procedures from check in and receipt to check out

·      Follow SOPs and storage requirements

·      Research a wide variety of complex information requests independently

·      Prepare special reports; gather, summarize, and report findings

·      Assist or lead key processes within the R&D teams

·      Maintain general to highly confidential documentation regularly

·      Act as buyer for R&D team for all non T&E expenses and track from purchase to delivery

·      Prepare ISO documents and maintenance

·      Ensure all ISO company policies, procedure and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple, and concise manner

·      Work collaboratively with other department heads and stakeholders

·      Coordinate and execute the logistics for meetings, conferences or projects from beginning to end.

·      Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems

·      Liaise with People & Culture for onboarding of new employees

Required Experience & Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field highly desirable

·      Expert proficiency, verbal & written, in English and French

·      4+ years’ relevant experience, preferably in support of a large group or multiple directors

·      Experience working in a global and multi-cultural business

·      Good computer skill with experience in either G suite or Office 365 products

·      Experience working with data, compilation & analyse

·      Prior experience working in our industry is desirable, but not essential

This is a new role within the business and is critical to the success of the company’s growth strategy.
