Our client is a leading energy storage company with a global presence and a strong reputation for quality and innovation. They are looking for an experienced and motivated sales manager to join their team and expand their business in the European market.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for energy storage products and solutions in the European market;
– Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers;
– Conduct market research and analysis, monitor industry trends, competitors' activities, customer needs and feedback;
– Prepare sales proposals, contracts, quotations, presentations and other documents;
– Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering, commercial, marketing, finance etc. to ensure smooth delivery of projects;
– Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and other events to promote their brand awareness and generate leads;
Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, power systems, renewable energy or related fields;
– At least 3 years of sales experience in energy storage or related industries;
– Extensive customer network of energy storage in Benelux is highly preferred;
– Familiar with energy storage technologies, applications, markets and regulations in Europe;
– Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills;
– Fluent in English and at least one other European language (Dutch/German/French etc.);
– Willing to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally to China;
