The Opportunity

The Senior Project Manager position is a pivotal role with dual responsibilities in operations and project management. It demands a sharp focus on optimizing efficiency and risk management while maintaining high standards of quality.

The Responsibilities

Operations:

• Identifying process gaps to enhance team efficiency.
• Establishing annual and monthly team KPI's and conducting regular meetings to track progress.
• Streamlining project lead times.
• Continuously seeking opportunities for further business improvement.

Project Management:

• Procurement management, including planning, conducting and controlling procurements.
• Effective project communication management, including negotiations, variations and stakeholder engagement.
• Project cost management by overseeing allocated costs.
• Ensuring project scope control to maintain time, quality and budget.

Selection Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager.
• Solid experience in commercial rooftop (Project range from 400-500 kW, up to MW)
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated success in delivering multi-megawatt project in the Australian market
