This is the chance for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a dynamic team and identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the Commercial & Industrial Solar space.
With the business based in Gregory Hills (NSW) and office in Brisbane, this is a hybrid role covering regional NSW and all other states.
Role and Responsibilities
The Solar BDM will be accountable for client acquisition and revenue growth and will cover market analysis and insights, create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and market share growth, prepare and develop proposals, negotiation and closing, while collaborating with the team.
Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with the ability to generate own leads, a hunger for success and the drive to meet and exceed targets.
