Renowned for designing, manufacturing, and marketing innovative solar microinverters, our client is dedicated to expanding solar energy accessibility worldwide. As a listed company on the Shanghai stock exchange, they are seeking an experienced professional to drive business development in the Benelux region (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg).

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a account management/sales development role for added value solutions.
  • Experience in Solar PV industry.
  • Dutch or French speaking and fully fluent in English.
  • Very communicative (verbally and written) and good team working.
  • Frequent local travel within the assigned area.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • In-Person opportunity in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Luxembourg.

Full Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Director EMEA, the Distribution Account Manager Benelux will:

– Be in charge of a territory and direct accounts to reach the sales volume, market share targets and revenue of the assigned area with a particular focus on selected accounts (Distributors, Contractors).
– Identify and capitalize on opportunities, adhering to company policies to expand sales networks and foster business growth.
– Compete effectively in the market with a value-added approach, ensuring a leading position and meeting market share goals.
– Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and prospects, supporting continuous improvement through collaborative training efforts.
– Collaborate closely with the sales manager, implement business plans, provide regular updates on sales and opportunities, and actively contribute to strategic business development.
– In collaboration with finance work with customers to resolve credit issues when order exceeds credit lines.
