Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative commercial strategies to achieve business growth and market dominance.
• Sales Excellence: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, optimizing CRM systems and driving sales force effectiveness.
• Client Partnerships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, maximizing brand visibility and promotional support.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance products and processes.
• Channel Management: Strategically manage distribution channels, ensuring a seamless consumer journey across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a commercial subject.
• 5+ years in account management with recent industry experience in Australia.
• Proven track record in managing significant P&L and commercial pricing.
• Exceptional negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
