️Job Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Promote the sales of photovoltaic inverters, home energy storage systems, and micro-inverters in several local countries.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and revenue growth.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities.
  • Develop strategic plans leveraging market trends and customer insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry developments to inform and enhance sales plans.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Training:

  • Supervise and mentor local teams of national sales professionals. (4 persons)
  • Ensure team members have excellent skills and knowledge to contribute to the companys success.

Sales System Construction:

  • Establish and optimize the sales structure to support efficient and stable sales.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Regularly report sales progress and market insights to senior management.

️Job Requirements:

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in Chinese.

Sales Expertise:

  • At least 6 years of successful sales experience in photovoltaic inverters and home energy storage systems.
  • Deep understanding and successful experience in distribution models.

Leadership and Management:

  • Effective management of international teams.

Strategic Planning:

  • Ability to analyze the market, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Channel Management Experience:

  • Deep channel management experience and marketing resources.
