Key Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize financial performance with your sharp analyses.
  2. Manage local financial relationships and apply the Group’s treasury policy.
  3. Ensure tax compliance and the application of transfer pricing policies.
  4. Implement robust internal control systems.
  5. Inspire and motivate a high-performing and collaborative team.

Main Tasks:

  1. Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
  2. Oversee financial reports and the month-end closing process.
  3. Complete reports requested by the Group within deadlines.
  4. Monitor performance indicators, cash flows, and spending trends.
  5. Coach and develop the Finance team to achieve optimal performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree: Master’s in Accounting/Finance or equivalent with relevant experience.
  • Experience: Over 7/10 years in Finance/Accounting leadership, with international experience.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of local tax and accounting standards, advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, team-building, and conflict management skills.
