Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Technical Services to join their team in Germany. This pivotal role also offer sponsorship for the right candidate. As a leading clean energy solution provider, the company specializes in inverters and storage systems, and they are looking for a professional who can lead the technical support team across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of at least 10 technical support professionals across Europe.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance technical support services and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the team is well-trained and equipped to handle complex technical issues related to inverters and storage systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical support with overall company operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in solar energy technology.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing technical support teams in the European market.
• Strong background in inverters and storage systems.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
