Our client, a leading international manufacturer of heavy-duty waterproofing materials for civil engineering is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer. This company designs, manufactures, and sells bituminous geomembranes used for waterproofing, environmental protection, water storage, canals, and railways.

This company works with civil engineering and mining contractors and consultants around the world.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in your portfolio.
  • Develop sales plans to increase sales and achieve annual targets.
  • Implement business development strategies across various sectors.
  • Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Present technical solutions at conferences and events.
  • Develop commercial and financial proposals in collaboration with the team.
  • Provide technical support for customized solutions.
  • Visit construction sites to ensure projects run smoothly.

Desired Profile:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Mining/Energy Engineering, Geology, or equivalent.
  • 3 to 10 years of experience in selling technical products.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Civil Engineering sector.
  • Established network in the following sectors is highly valued: mining, irrigation, landfill, oil & gas, and construction.
  • Willingness to travel interstate.
