Frederique is a highly experienced finance professional with over 25 years of experience in accounting, administration and finance across various industries (from aeronautical, to business services via commodity trading). She has worked for global multinationals and privately-owned Australian SMEs.
She is well-versed in structuring and restructuring businesses by developing and adapting their tools and processes. This is all part-and-parcel of a winning strategy to help them achieve their business objectives and potential.
An advocate of flat structures and open, collaborative environments, Frederique also dedicates herself to building cohesive and inclusive teams.
After graduating from world-renowned French institutions Sciences Po and Paris-Dauphine, she didn't necessarily see herself going into accounting and finance. Though it may not be the 'chicest' of industries, she loves what she does and she sure does it well!
Originally from France, Frederique is also fluent in both French and English.

Fred is a self-confessed "book junkie". In fact, one can find at least 5 books on her nightstand at any given time!
