Finding highly skilled renewable energy profiles within a very competitive market is already difficult, but when you add the need for fast turnaround, as well as cultural fit, this makes finding the right talent a challenge.

This became apparent to the Akuo team, when in mid-2019, they were on the lookout for a Country Manager in Australia, and were having a hard time finding the perfect match through another specialised recruitment provider.
