Our client is a leading global supplier of cable and wiring solutions for Utility Scale PV solar plants. Headquartered in North Carolina, United States and have rapidly become one of the fastest-growing companies in the solar industry. As part of their expansion, they are excited to bring their expertise to Europe, with a primary focus on the German market.

Your job

  • You advise our international customers on technical issues relating to our products within the Europe region
  • You coordinate and manage customer inquiries in close cooperation with Sales, Solutions Engineering and Project Management
  • You support the team in the maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as the acquisition of new customers and work with them to develop concepts for product adjustments
  • You produce technical documentation for the company
  • You respond to any request, question, concern or problem of the customer through a courteous, knowledgeable and authoritative presentation.
  • You seek to represent the company in a way that generates more sales opportunities for the company.
  • You maintain consistent notes and records of conversations and data collected during service calls.


  • Technical/engineering education in photovoltaic or electric solar, with a minimum of 4 years of experience is a major asset.
  • Knowledge of the solar industry or high-tech products.
  • Experience working in customer service/technical support is essential.
  • Good knowledge in the use of computer and web tools.
  • Autonomous and organized, able to work from the Frankfurt.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German.
  • Comfortable in fast-growing and fast-changing environments.
