General Job Description

💻 In this role you will:

Main customer contact for the region in pre-sales, sell-through and post sales activities

Provide technical advice to customers in product, installation and system operation matters

Resolve customer technical issues, including warranty replacement

Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service related issues

Conduct local product/technical training

Liaise with HQ to resolve customer issues

Gather product intelligence information, perform competitor analysis

Provide sales and marketing support as needed

📱We are looking for:

Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors

Self-motivator with a minimum of 3 years related experience in the solar industry is a must

Energetic professional who may travel 50% or above per year

Fluent in German and English

📍Location: Reutlingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
