Her drive to make a difference led her to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico and a Master's in Management from ESCP Business School in Paris, France.

Over the years, Abril has garnered international experience working in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and Marketing. Currently based in Paris, she plays a pivotal role in the Polyglot Group Europe team. Her mission is twofold: to guide professionals in shaping and transforming their careers, and to assist businesses in their international expansion. At the heart of her work is a commitment to cultivating a positive, diverse workplace culture at Polyglot.
